What's your writing IQ?

I wonder if the writer (of "What's your job search IQ?" in 24 hours Vancouver on January 31, 2011) proofread the question and explanation above. I doubt it, because if he had he would have noticed that neither the quesion nor the explanation makes sense. In the question, he should be the, and in the explanation, narrow should be narrowing.
