According to the article ("US cyclists bare all to promote cleaner air" on Yahoo! Canada News on September 6, 2010) there were hundreds of cyclists, yet the photo caption has the bus riders reacting to just one cyclist. Methinks cyclist should be cyclists. Also, there should be a comma after Sunday.
