Who is to blame for this misspelling of Robert Dziekanski's last name? I guess having an article with no name attached - such as "RCMP apologizes to Dziekanski's mother" on CBC News online on April 1, 2010 - means not having to say you're sorry. But seriously, two mistakes in one last name? Seriously?
