88 per cene

The next time your cellphone rings in the middle of traffic, chances are 88 per cene of people around you will want you to hang up.

Correction: 88 per cent

Errors in subheadlines are sublime, but with 88 in the subheadline, I wonder why the only per cent given in the actual article is 71: "...the survey says 71 per cent of Canadians think a cellphone ban would make roads and highways safer for driving..." Is there another 17 per cent who think the roads and highways would become moderately safer? Hey, 24 Hours, info in the headlines and subheadlines are supposed to be elaborated on in the article itself. Do your job.
